John Terry has taken part in England's training session today (Monday) as he attempts to prove his fitness ahead of Wednesday's crucial Euro 2008 qualifier.
The Chelsea and England captain joined with his national team-mates on an artificial surface in Altrincham, Cheshire, as they acclimatise to the type of pitch that will be used for the game in Moscow.
Terry missed Saturday's win over Estonia at Wembley with a knee problem. Ashley Cole has already been ruled out of the Russia game with an ankle injury suffered on Saturday.
A win for England would guarantee a place in the European Championship Finals in Austria and Switzerland next summer.
