
Lampard took a minor knock during their US tour but is fit for the Community Shield game against Manchester United.
Chelsea assistant coach Steve Clark said: "He's fine for Sunday. He has got a small problem with his toe.
"But when you think the injury was caused four weeks ago, he hasn't missed a match and he has taken part in every training session." A Chelsea spokesman said the England midfielder's injury had not even required any painkilling injections.
Lampard, who is currently negotiating a new deal with the club, has played in all of his side's six pre-season friendlies and is a pivotal part of manager Jose Mourinho's plans.
